EvercoreFX / Indicative commission rates
Commission schedule
Published benchmark rates checked on 16 October 2026. Trading with EvercoreFX takes place in WebTrader. Rates below are indicative commissions, not all-in trading costs or a confirmed account tariff. Confirm the charges applicable to your account before trading; no zero-fee terms are implied for unlisted services.
US stocks & ETFs
USD 0.005 per share
Whole-share orders: USD 1 minimum; commission capped at 1% of trade value, including when that cap is below the minimum. Applies separately to buys and sells. Regulatory charges may be additional. Based on IBKR Pro Fixed; excludes fractional shares, dividend reinvestment and special routing arrangements.
Canadian stocks — CAD denominated
CAD 0.01 per share
CAD 1 minimum per order; commission capped at 0.5% of trade value. Opening and closing orders charged separately. Based on the CAD-denominated fixed schedule; liquidity-removing exchange fees can apply.
Standard US futures — USD denominated
USD 0.85 per contract, per side
USD 1.70 commission for an opening-and-closing round trip. Exchange and regulatory fees are additional. Special contracts, including micro, FX and cryptocurrency futures, have separate rates; this is not an all-contract rate.
Selected US micro futures
USD 0.25 per contract, per side
USD 0.50 commission per round trip, plus exchange and regulatory fees. Reference contracts include MES, MNQ, M2K, MYM, MCL and MGC. This rate does not apply to every micro or cryptocurrency futures contract.
Spot currencies — base volume tier
0.002% of trade value
Equivalent to 0.20 basis point, with a USD 2 minimum per order (or currency equivalent). Reference tier covers monthly trade value up to USD 1 billion. Market spread still applies. This is a spot FX commission, not CFD pricing or an automatic conversion charge.
Automatic currency conversion
0.03% exchange-rate adjustment
Reference model typically adds or subtracts 0.03% from the applicable exchange rate, without a separate conversion commission. Applies to automatic conversion only; manually placed spot FX orders use the commission schedule above.
Additional costs & conditions
Stocks & ETFs
Brokers may charge a flat amount per order, a per-share commission or a percentage of trade value. Check minimum charges, exchange coverage and whether opening and closing orders are charged separately. Zero-commission offers can depend on residence, product and account plan; other costs may still apply.
Spreads & execution
The spread is the difference between the bid and ask. Buying at the ask and selling at the bid creates a cost even without a separate commission. Spreads vary with liquidity, volatility and trading hours. Slippage is a difference between expected and executed prices, not a fixed broker fee.
Forex, indices & commodities
Pricing depends on the instrument: spot forex, CFDs and futures have different cost structures. A provider may use spread-based pricing, a separate commission, or both. Compare typical spreads as well as advertised minimums, and check the contract size and charging currency.
Futures commissions
Futures commonly carry a per-contract charge on each side of the trade. Exchange, clearing and regulatory fees may be separate. Volume-based tiers, minimum charges and contract-specific fees affect the total; expiry or rollover can introduce additional costs.
Crypto trading & transfers
Crypto costs can include a percentage-based trading fee, market spread, withdrawal or wallet-transfer fees and blockchain network charges. Spot ownership and crypto CFDs are different products with different costs. Check minimum and maximum transfer charges and any volume-tier conditions.
Overnight financing & margin
Cash CFDs held beyond the daily cut-off may incur financing based on exposure, a reference rate and a provider adjustment. Margin loans charge interest on borrowed funds. Long and short rates can differ, and weekend or holiday adjustments may apply. Check the current rate and day-count convention before holding overnight.
Currency conversion
Converting deposits, withdrawals or trade proceeds can incur a percentage fee, a fixed minimum or an exchange-rate markup. The cost can depend on the currency pair, payment method and account type. Distinguish automatic conversion from a separately placed FX trade.
Deposits, withdrawals & transfers
Check funding and withdrawal charges by method and currency, minimum withdrawal amounts and securities-transfer fees. A bank, card provider or intermediary may charge separately even when the broker lists its own service as free.
Account, custody & inactivity
Some providers charge for custody, account maintenance, inactivity or optional service plans; others waive these charges. Review the inactivity period, balance thresholds, waiver conditions and any account-closing or transfer-out costs rather than assuming every account is free.
Market data & subscriptions
Live exchange data, depth-of-market feeds, research and premium tools can require subscriptions. Rates and entitlements may differ for professional and non-professional users. TradingView widgets on this site do not establish a broker data entitlement or an execution service.
Taxes, fund costs & stock borrowing
Stamp duties, transaction taxes and regulatory levies may apply by market. ETFs have ongoing fund expenses reflected in fund performance, separate from brokerage charges. Short selling can add variable stock-borrow costs and dividend-related payments. Tax treatment depends on your circumstances and jurisdiction.
Compare the total, not the headline
For a round trip, review opening and closing commissions, spread, expected holding-period financing, currency conversions and third-party charges. Confirm minimums, caps, volume tiers, applicable taxes, the legal entity and the effective date of the schedule. A low headline commission is not necessarily the lowest overall cost.
